Our goal is to open our doors daily to have you love your look from head to toe. If your happy then you tell your friends:

 Reservations & Cancellations: We kindly ask that if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. If late or no notice is given within 12 hours to your appoitment. A fee is charged to your account up to 100% of your services scheduled.
For your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior. This will allow time to relax and unwind, and to enjoy some Aveda Comforting Tea as you settle in.
We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving Willo SalonSpa to ensure you have the day and time that you desire most.
Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress and our therapists are trained in appropriate methods of draping. Although your therapist will discuss a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any questions or make special requests to ensure your own comfort level.
Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your inquiry. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.
Memberships please note: This program is an amazing offer, note with this offer come restrictions, such as; if stylist is out and you see another stylist it is an additional charge with a 20% off discount.
Parents please note: it is essential to make child care arrangements prior to your appointment so that you may enjoy it to the fullest.
Returns and Exchanges: exchanges are gladly accepted on Aveda products purchased at Willo SalonSpa, no refunds are given. Services received by Willo SalonSpa professionals are non-refundable. However, we will make every effort to achieve your specific needs. Make – up and perfumes are non refundable

We record calls

Willo has a telephone system in the Customer Advice and Information Centre (“Centre”) that is capable of recording conversations. Like many other organisations, this is a standard practice that allows the recording of telephone calls for quality monitoring, training, compliance and security purposes.

Purpose of this telephone recording policy

In order to maintain high standards and protect the public and staff we need to record all telephone calls received into the Customer Advice and Information centre and retain them for a limited period of time.

We shall ensure that the use of these recordings is fair and that we comply with the requirements of the relevant legislation. This includes:
The Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000;
The Telecommunications (Lawful Business Practice) (Interception of Communications Regulations) 2000;
The Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999;
The Data Protection Act 1998; and
The Human Rights Act 1998.
